Do I have to buy a package with 12 entrées? |

No, we do require a minimum purchase of 6 entrées for an Assembly order and 3 entrées for a Personal Chef order. |

Each entrée is individually priced. Entrées normally range $4-$5 per serving. Special items like prime rib, filet of beef, and some seafood may be a little higher. |

Not at this time. We have 3 serving and 6 serving entrées. |

We usually have 1-2 entrées on each monthly menu. By 2008, we will introduce another menu that will focus more on vegetarian entrées. |

Everything is prepared in our on-site kitchen. We practice guidelines from the Health Department to avoid cross-contamination. We have moved to common ingredients that are safe for people with gluten and dairy. I would not recommend our services to anyone that is at risk for anaphylactic shock. |

How long does it take to assemble the entrées? |

Since everything is at your workstation, it takes about 10 minutes per entrée. After you have a few sessions under your belt, you may even beat this time. One Customer assembles 8 entrées in about 45 minutes. |

No. You may use less or more of any ingredient except for meat which is proportioned. |

Why do I have to pay for my entrées when I place an order? |

Since we focus on the freshest ingredients, we have limited freezer space. We order your ingredients when you place your order. We prep those ingredients for the session. If someone would not show up for their session then those ingredients would go to waste. |

Yes, we have started to deliver to the surrounding area, Gurnee, Grayslake, Lindenhurst, Lake Villa , Wadsworth , and Waukegan. |

Yes, it is located on the menu page of this web site. It contains the list of ingredients, nutrition values, known allergens, cooking instructions, and packaging. We also notate if an entrée is low fat, low carb, safe for someone with dairy or gluten allergies. |

How are you able to provide organic, fresh and natural ingredients and great tasting entrées for such a reasonable price? |

We leverage our buying power as a group to get better pricing than you can at the grocery store when purchasing organic and natural foods. Because we are buying in volume we can purchase from larger distributors that fly in produce from California and other states everyday thus ensuring the freshest produce. |
