There are so many worthy not-for-profit organizations that need our help. Easy Gourmet Meals is currently approaching different organizations to offer our help. If you know of an organization that may be interested, please have them contact us through the web site. It is our goal to help not-for-profit organizations raise $1 million in the next 5 years to benefit our children, homeless, battered, and special needs. We also have a desire to help any organization that helps to prevent disease through addressing the pollution of our environment.

A Safe Place is a multi-faceted organization committed to becoming a model for the prevention of domestic violence through empowerment and counseling, intervention and education, research and evaluation in collaboration with the community.
Victims of domestic violence have been coming to A Safe Place since 1980. From cities and small villages; wealthy suburbs and simple neighborhoods; from every ethnic, cultural, racial, economic, and age group they come, seeking safety and answers to shattered dreams and broken promises. We serve more than 3,200 residents from Lake , McHenry and northern Cook counties annually. No fees are charged for victim services.
A Safe Place provides emergency shelter; affordable transitional housing; a 24-hour help line (847-249-4450; TTY 847-249-6557); court and non-legal advocacy; individual, group, and children’s counseling; batterer intervention services; and community outreach, prevention education, and professional training.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of cleftAdvocate is to educate and
inspire families whose lives are touched
by cleft lip and/or palate or other craniofacial anomalies.
By providing educational opportunities,
on- and off-line support networks,
social interaction and advocacy guidelines,
cleftAdvocate gives families the tools they need
to obtain the absolute best medical care
from their cleft/craniofacial team and
the best service from their insurer,
while encouraging children, teens and adults
with cleft lip and/or palate
and other craniofacial anomalies
to reach their highest level of self-esteem.
