Terms and Conditions
As a customer of Easy Gourmet Meals, I agree to the following:
Food Safety and Handling:

I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Easy Gourmet Meals facilities during my assembling session.

I will not attend my Easy Gourmet Meals session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc. I will notify Easy Gourmet Meals in this occurs to arrange a pickup time or alternate session time. Our staff will be more than happy to prepare your meals for pick-up or reschedule your session for a later date.

I will assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all I create at Easy Gourmet Meals. It is recommended that you use a cooler with ice to transport your entrées home.

I will immediately freeze my Easy Gourmet Meals following the conclusion of my session at Easy Gourmet Meals at a temperature below 0 degrees F. I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 40 degrees F. (Always use a refrigerator thermometer to make sure your refrigerator is set to the appropriate temperature).

I will follow the cooking instructions as specified for each meal. I will heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed. (Always use a meat thermometer to check the temperature and ensure doneness while maintaining taste and flavor). 165 degrees for poultry, 145 degrees for beef, 155 degrees for fish, pork, or ground beef

I will always wash my hands with hot, soapy water before preparing and eating any food.

To thaw or defrost meals, Easy Gourmet Meals recommends these following guidelines:

Meals are best thawed 24-48 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking.

Do not defrost your meals by leaving them on the kitchen counter.

If thawing in a microwave, please keep in mind that the edges of the food might be overcooked and the quality of the gourmet entrées will not compare to that as if it were prepared according to our thawing and cooking instructions.

Entrée items that are stored in zip-lock bags can be safely defrosted under cool running water.

I agree to release Easy Gourmet Meals from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Easy Gourmet Meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Easy Gourmet Meals.

I will solely determine the appropriateness and safety of serving the Easy Gourmet Meals to people who may have specific medical conditions or allergies to any of the ingredients used in the recipes, and take full responsibility for serving them.

Easy Gourmet Meals are to be used for personal use and not intended for resale or commercial use.

I understand that no one under the age of 12 may accompany me unless it is a session designed for children.

Frequently, Easy Gourmet Meals will offer certain promotions, discounts and contributions for fundraising programs. I understand that offers may not be combined in any way. Additionally, if I receive a discount or credit toward fundraising, that visit will not be counted toward additional rewards accumulation.

Terms of Kitchen Session

Sanitation guidelines that clients should follow:

Wash hands often at hand-sanitation station before changing workstations. This is especially important when working with any meat products or after using the bathroom. Use soap and hot water when washing hands.

Vinyl gloves are also available for clients to use at our facilities when preparing entrées or handling ingredients. This does not replace hand washing required by number 1.

When sneezing or coughing, please cover your mouth and nose. Move away from food. That way, your meals do not become contaminated with germs. Wash your hands before returning to the workstation.

Do not snack on available ingredients for entrées.

All food containers and cooking/preparation instruments will be provided by Easy Gourmet Meals.

Bring a cooler to transport your food home. We are more than happy to supply ice as your safety is our primary goal.
All meals are assembled from fresh ingredients, but are not prepared ready to eat. Clients assemble or pick-up meals at our facilities and transport these meals to be cooked or frozen at home. All meals are not cooked or consumed in our facilities.
